No roast. No rules. Just raw, wild potential waiting to be transformed.
Roast it light for honey, citrus peel, and floral heat.
Take it dark for molasses, baking spice, and a heavy-bodied growl.
Or skip the flame entirely and brew it green—bright, earthy, and clean, like sipping sunlight from a cracked mug.

🔥 Roast Suggestions:
☀️ Light Roast: Stop just after first crack for bright, crisp notes and high clarity. Great for pour-over or AeroPress.
