🌑 Nicaragua Green Coffee – Sunchant
We didn’t stumble upon this coffee—we listened for it. In the highlands of Nicaragua, where mist clings to the peaks and secrets root deep in volcanic soil, we heard a song.
Sunchant – A clean, bright Arabica from Finca La Isabella with golden fruit acidity, hints of raw cocoa, and a whisper of citrus blossoms.
