Our Classic Sourdough has the flavor of a true, slow-fermented sourdough with a soft, approachable texture that eats beautifully as sandwich bread. Naturally leavened and thoughtfully crafted, it offers a balanced tang, tender crumb, and everyday versatility. Great for sandwiches, or enjoying fresh by the slice.
